Puppy Hold Deposit/Fees are non-refundable for any reason.
Puppies are to be picked up within 1 week of breeders
release date or deposit is forfeited unless prior
arrangements have been made. I will be happy to board your
new puppy up to 4 weeks for $75.00/Week.
You have the option of taking your new puppy to be examined
by your Veterinarian within 72 hours. If your new puppy
does not meet your Veterinarian's approval, he/she may be
returned to the breeders premises within 72 hours for a full
refund. You are required to submit a statement from your
Veterinarian as to why the puppy was not approved for
ownership.
Puppies are usually allowed to go to their new homes between
8-12 weeks depending on size and health and experience of
the new owners. Our Heavenly Yorkies certifies that to the
best of our knowledge, our dogs are sold in good health,
free of any known genetic defect, and any/all known faults,
(if applicable) have been declared to the buyers. We do not
guarantee the size, weight, color or fertility of our
puppies. We strive to raise all our puppies to the AKC
standard.
A State of Florida Health Certificate is provided at the
time of pickup which will show all immunizations to date,
that the puppy is free of parasites and that the puppy's
health meets with Veterinarian approval. Dewclaws have been
removed, tails have been docked, puppy has been microchipped
by Veterinarian and puppies have been wormed and have
negative fecal studies at the time of sale. The
Breeder/Seller certifies that the puppy this document refers
to is from the breeder’s own stock and is not being sold,
resold or brokered for someone else unless specifically
stated in this document.
1)
The Buyer agrees to provide a life-long commitment,
comfortable environment, prompt medical attention, proper
grooming and responsible care. This includes keeping this
puppy/dog parasite free and up to date with immunizations.
2)
Buyer will provide proper nutrition, which consists of a
good quality professional food given at regular intervals,
and fresh water available at all times. The Buyer promises
to provide a safe environment for the dog, and never allow
the dog to roam freely without proper fencing or
supervision.
Under no circumstances will this dog be sold, leased, traded
or given away to any pet shop, research laboratory, animal
shelter or similar facility.
If your puppy should within the 365 day warranty period
develop a serious hereditary disease you must notify the
Breeder/Seller within 10 days of the diagnosis and copies of
all reports sent to the breeder. Results outside the
accepted medical standards and/or congenital defect shall
indebt the Breeder/Seller to the Buyer, in an amount no
greater than the original cost of the puppy and for a term
no greater than 1 year from the date of this Contract. These
standards are those that threaten death and/or decrease
quality of life. We exclude Luxating Patellae as they may be
acquired as a result of injury. All veterinarian charges,
incurred by the purchaser, are the sole responsibility of
the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by the
seller, including spay or neuter charges.
Any physical problem which is or could be the result of
injury, over feeding, underfeeding, and any puppy that does
not have up to date records of vaccinations, de-worming, and
heart worm preventative, are not covered under this
guarantee. This guarantee does not cover hernias/ruptures,
Parvo, (puppy needs full set of immunizations (3) before
immunity), Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis or Giardia. Those can
occur in puppies that are stressed from moving to new homes
or contracted from other animals or the result of injury.
Please keep your new puppy away from other dogs, dog parks,
public places, and handling by non-family members as many
diseases can be contracted through indiscriminate touching
of your new puppy by folks that have been in contact with
diseased animals or humans. Please sanitize all hands before
handling your puppy until all immunizations are complete.
The seller guarantees a healthy companion pet, but does not
guarantee breeding or show quality, adult size, color, coat
type, ear set, or temperament.
This puppy has been placed on Royal Canin Mini Puppy and
that is my recommended food for this breed. For the first
9-12 months it should remain on the puppy formula (you have
been provided with a sample bag of food).
Breeder/Seller and Buyer also agree: In the event of
litigation as it pertains to this Agreement of Sale, the
court of jurisdiction shall be in the State of Florida said
county of Marion.
